Refund policy

At Only Feels, your satisfaction is our pleasure. While we aim to leave you feeling good every time, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Due to the intimate nature of our products, there are some important conditions and exceptions in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.

Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations

For the protection of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Any item that has been unsealed or used

• Items that are classified as intimate or sanitary goods, including (but not limited to): Vibrators, dildos, butt plugs, strokers, lingerie, lubricants, and lubricated condoms. Any item that comes into contact with genitals, anus, or bodily fluids. Products where the hygiene seal or packaging has been broken or tampered with.

Please choose carefully. Once the packaging is opened, for safety reasons, we cannot accept it back, even if unused.

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong product ordered

• Items you no longer want. We recommend double-checking product specs and sizing before purchasing. Our customer service team is happy to assist with product questions before you buy.

Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Faulty out of the box

• Malfunctioning within warranty

 • Damaged during delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To speed things up, include:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos or a short video showing the problem

Once we assess your claim, we’ll either:

• Replace the product

• Offer a store credit

• Issue a refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

We may ask you to return the faulty item to us. We’ll cover return postage if the item is confirmed defective.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow:

• Up to 5 business days for our team to review your return

• Up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund (times may vary by provider)

Warranty Claims

Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, generally ranging from 6 to 12 months. If your item stops working due to a defect within this time:

• Contact us with the product name, order number, and a description of the fault.

• We'll work with the manufacturer to resolve your claim.

Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, water exposure (unless waterproof-rated), improper storage, or neglect.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Received the wrong product? Missing something from your parcel?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly.
