Shipping Within Australia

We offer standard and express shipping options to all addresses in Australia.
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location.
Express delivery typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders over $100 ship free with standard delivery. Express shipping is available for a small fee at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12PM (AEST) on a business day are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM, or on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or product descriptions.
The sender will appear as a generic fulfillment name—so your privacy stays protected, always.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can follow your parcel every step of the way. Most deliveries require a signature. If you prefer the courier to leave it without one, you can select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, but please note we can’t be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels when ATL is used.

Delays and Issues
